Overview

The Dutch barn is a modern, dog friendly, barn conversion with Jacuzzi® hot tub. The barn sleeps up to 8 adults plus cots

The living accommodation is arranged on the first floor, which is accessed via a ground floor entrance and up a flight of stairs

Offering four ensuite bedrooms, two are set up with permanent king size beds, whilst the other two bedrooms have zip and link beds that can be configured as twin rooms or super kings

All bedrooms have a dedicated smart TV with sky glass and Netflix.

Ultrafast wifi is available throughout the barn

There is underfloor heating throughout the barn, and every room has its own thermostat. There’s also a wood burner in the lounge

There is access to a large lawned recreation area, games room with pool table and table football, boules court, and access to the 18 acres of farm land where you can meet the animals.

Things to know

The barn is located in a quiet hamlet and whilst it is perfect for celebrating a special occasion, it is not suitable for loud parties or stag/hen dos.
Two 7kwh EV chargers are available for all guests staying at the farm. There is a pay per KWH charge via the vend electric app
Up to 4 dogs are welcome, but must be fully house trained, under control at all times and have up to date flea treatment and vaccinations
Travel cots and high chairs are available on request
Private chefs are available to hire
Check in is after 4pm and check out before 10am. We try to be flexible on this at quieter times of the year
We can offer low occupancy discount during low season
Luxury Hand soap, body wash and shampoo are provided
All bedding and linen and towels are supplied and are professionally cleaned to provide that hotel feel. Just bring your own beach towels
We provide two tea towels, washing up liquid, cleaning sponge, one kitchen roll and two toilet rolls. We do not provide further toilet rolls or kitchen towels
We provide a bag of logs, kindling starter pack. Further supplies can be purchased from our honesty shop

Floor Plan

Living area

The open plan living area is spacious, with a wonderful vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. The main room comprises of a large table that can comfortably seat 8 people, a large sofa, 55” Sky glass TV, Bluray DVD player, XBOX one, and bluetooth Speaker. The two sets of bi-fold doors open onto the large decked terraced area.

Kitchen

A large opening leads from the living area into the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, which and has views across the valley. There is a large range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with ice maker and a nespresso coffee maker. In addition there is a separate utility room off the lounge where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside

The 40 foot long terrace has a gas barbecue (subject to the time of year), large dining table, raised grassed area, cushioned seating area, views across the farm to the Atlantic ocean and a large jacuzzi hot tub, perfect to relax in a gaze at the stars on a clear night.
