Dating back to 1200 when the early manor was built, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, has a long history. It was lost to brambles in World War One, and in teh 1990’s became Europes largest restoration project. You’ll find various gardens, woodland walks, interesting artefacts, animals, bird watching, tasty food ad event s throughout the year. Located an hour away from Pencuke Farm, you could make a day of it and visit one of the many beaches on the south coast.
